DRIVER STATUS
All drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid Class C driver's license for a minimum of two full years.

Interior is strictly non-smoking. Traveling with pets requires a signed waiver and a specific cleaning deposit.

FUEL REQUIREMENTS
Units must be returned with full diesel and DEF tanks. Failure to do so will result in a $150 refueling penalty fee.

Standard rentals include 100 miles/day. Excess usage is billed at $0.75 per mile upon the return of the unit.

Operators are responsible for checking fluids and monitoring tire pressure every 500 miles of the trip duration.

Our rates are categorized by vehicle class and seasonal demand. Quotes include high-level maintenance insurance and a daily mileage limit of 250 miles. Security deposits are managed via a credit card pre-authorization at the time of pickup to ensure a smooth administrative process.

Each rental includes a basic liability package and 24/7 technical roadside assistance. For advanced protection, our Pro-Elite coverage reduces the deductible to zero and incorporates full coverage for glass and heavy-duty tires, guaranteeing fluid mobility across a variety of challenging terrains.
Pickup and Drop-off Procedures
Pickup starts at 2:00 PM at our logistics center. Each handover includes a rigorous 30-minute orientation. Vehicles must be returned by 11:00 AM with all fuel tanks filled and the unit cleaned to maintain operational efficiency for the next traveler following your adventurous journey.
Roadside Support and Mechanical Assistance
We operate a dedicated engineering support line available 24/7 for all fleet vehicles. In the event of a mechanical failure or system error, a technical response team will be dispatched directly to your GPS coordinates to perform necessary repairs or vehicle extraction.
